I offer bodywork (Myofascial release therapy) that centres on the fascia - the living web that threads through every part of you, tenderly enfolding and supporting your body’s muscles, organs, nerves, and vascular pathways. A responsive web that guides the flow of life through every tissue. Through slow, attuned touch, fascia softens and rehydrates, circulation flows, tissues awaken, and the nervous system settles. Your body melts and opens into deeper coherence and vibrancy.

Remembering your Body’s Intelligence

As the sympathetic system softens, your physiology shifts: stress hormones fall, digestion and immunity strengthen, lymph clears stagnation, and the vagus nerve hums with attunement. Sleep deepens, inflammation eases, and the nervous system reorients toward safety, fluidity, and vibrant responsiveness. Held tensions and habitual patterns dissolve into subtle currents that open pathways to access to intuition, clarity, and emotional aliveness.

Alchemy of Touch and Plants

Each session is supported by herbal body oils I craft by hand — plants gathered locally, infused over three moon cycles. I learned this slow, relational way of working through Kami McBride and Isla Burgess: the subtle potency of these oils comes from time, attention, and relationship. Herbal oils soothe tissue, encourage circulation, ease inflammation, and support the skin’s microbiome — partnering with body’s natural healing processes. They reconnect us to the intelligence of land and lineage, dreamwork, and the subtle and cyclical wisdom of plant beings. Expect to encounter St John’s Wort, Mugwort, Yarrow, Kānuka, Elder.
